Care: wash cold, gentle cycle; fasten Velcro; air dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve elasticity.
How to wrap — step by step
Place the loop over your thumb and begin wrapping across the back of your hand to anchor the wrap.
Wrap over the knuckles 2–3 times for padding, then return across the wrist to lock the position.
Wrap firmly but not too tight. Fasten the Velcro at the wrist and test mobility before training.
